How to Update Your Program Availability Status

You can see where the program status appears on a Wonderschool website below:

You can update this status at any time, and we encourage you to update it whenever there is a change in your enrollments so you are sharing the most accurate information with families who are searching for care.

To update your program status:

1. Log into your dashboard and go to the Home page. 
2. Click the Listings & Websites on the left navigation.
3. Choose "Edit Program Listing"
4. On top of the page click on "Update Availability"

5. Choose the status that best fits your program:
   • Accepting new enrollments
   • Not accepting new enrollments
   • My program is closed right now
6. If you are accepting new families, you can indicate what ages you have spots open for and how many you can accept.
7. Preview the message that will be displayed on your website.
8. Click Save when done.
