Managing Tours and Tour Availability
Keeping regularly scheduled tour times makes it easy for interested parents to visit you and learn about your program. You can easily manage your tours and available times from the Wonderschool your program dashboard.
Add, edit, or remove available tour times on your Program Dashboard
- Navigate to you Wonderschool program dashboard.
- Tap Interested tab in the top menu.
- Tap Tours.
- Scroll down to the calendar.
- Find the grey box in the start date of your new available tour time.
- Tap on the gray box for the start time of the tour.
- For tour times that repeat weekly:
- Tap the box next to Repeat this availability indefinitely.
- Tap Schedule.
- For a one-time opening:
- Uncheck the box next to Repeat this availability indefinitely.
- Tap Schedule.
You can also edit or remove tour times:
- Tap the tour time you'd like to edit.
- Blue boxes represent available times you previously scheduled.
- Then you can:
- Delete Availability on just that day at that time, or
- Delete the entire repeating series described in the blue link under Remove Series?
Follow up with families after tours
To take next steps with a family after a scheduled tour:
- Open the Wonderschool program dashboard.
- Click Interested.
- Tap on the name of the family.
- Under the tour date, tap Mark as Attended or Mark as Missed.
- Only select Mark as Missed if the family was a no-show. Selecting this option will send an email to the family reminding them of the Wonderschool No Show Policy.
- Tap Actions to:
- Reschedule tour,
- Send enrollment invitation - by email,
- Waitlist this family (which adds them to your program's waitlist), or
- Archive this family (if you no longer want them to join your program).
- Select an action to change the family's status.
- To keep in touch with interested parents throughout the touring and enrollment process, Wonderschool recommends using the messaging feature in the Wonderschool app.
