How to Display Tuition on Your Website

Turning on Weekly Billing
To turn on weekly billing,
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click Program Dashboard.
- Click My Website in the menu on the left.
- Under Sidebar Content, click Tuition.
- Click the toggle next to Weekly Tuition Frequency link.
- You will then need to fill out the rates for tuition for weekly billing.
- Save when done.
Edit Charge Dates
The default charge settings for families paying tuition monthly is the 17th in the month prior to care. If you enable weekly tuition, the default charge settings charge families on Fridays in the week prior to care. You can change the default charge dates in your tuition settings page. Any changes you make to your tuition will affect future invitations and enrollments, but not tuition for families that are already enrolled in your program.
To change the global charge dates:
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click Program Dashboard.
- Click My Website in the menu on the left.
- Under Sidebar Content, click Tuition.
- Under Tuition billing frequency, click the drop down for month and day for monthly tuition. You can also edit the charge dates for weekly tuition if you've enabled weekly tuition.
- Save when done.
You can edit an individual family's charge date in the student profile page under Billing Settings.
Setting Program Age Ranges
To make changes to the age ranges:
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click Program Dashboard.
- Click My Website in the menu on the left.
- Under Sidebar Content, click Tuition.
- Click the Edit age ranges link.
- In the pop-up, you can choose to:
- Use the default age ranges set by Wonderschool.
- Create custom age ranges.
- Charge the same tuition for all ages.
- If you choose to create custom age ranges, use the drop down menus under Age Ranges to set the new ranges.
- Click Next to save your changes.
Setting and Displaying Tuition Rates
After your age ranges have been set, you will need to enter tuition rates for all schedule options within each program and age group. Your dashboard will start with the youngest age group.
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click Program Dashboard.
- Click My Website in the menu on the left.
- Under Sidebar Content, click Tuition.
- In the box under Tuition, enter the monthly tuition for students.
- The check box for Website Display is checked by default. Wonderschool recommends that you display your tuition rates on your website.
- You can click the box to remove the check if you would rather not display a tuition rate on your website.
- Follow this same process for all of your other age range groups by clicking on the tab for that age range.
Editing Program Hours
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click Program Dashboard.
- Click My Website in the menu on the left.
- Under Sidebar Content, click Tuition.
- Click the three dots next to the program name and hours.
- Click Edit program hours and name.
- In the pop-up, select the hours from the list, or select create custom hours to set your own.
- Edit or type a new program name into the provided box.
- Click Submit to save your changes.
Adding new programs to an age range with the program dashboard
You may find that within one age group, you need more than one program. For example, you might have a monthly tuition rate for students following regular hours and a different monthly tuition rate for students who have an early drop-off or late pick-up. Follow these steps to add these different programs and their tuition rates:
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click Program Dashboard.
- Click My Website in the menu on the left.
- Under Sidebar Content, click Tuition.
- Click the age group tab where you want to add a new program.
- Click the blue Add Program button on the right.
- Select the hours of the new program from the list, or select create custom hours to set your own.
- Type a program title into the provided box.
- Click Submit to save your new program.
- The new program will now appear under the previous program(s) within that age group.
- Be sure to set tuition rates for the new program.
Viewing Tuition Rates on Your Website:
- Click My Website.
- Click View Website in the top right corner.
- Click See detailed pricing.
