Understanding the Enrollment Projection Table
The Enrollment Projection Table is available right on your Home Page, as shown in the image below:
This tool is designed to help you plan your weekly enrollment with ease, whether you're reviewing this week or looking ahead into future weeks.
🧒 Age Groups
Children are grouped by age to help you manage ratios and meet licensing requirements:
- Under 2: Infants and toddlers under the age of two
- Over 2: Children older than two
- Date of Birth Unknown: Children whose birthdates haven't been entered yet
Because staff-to-child ratios differ for infants, having children correctly categorized by age is essential for compliance and planning.
📅 Attendance & Schedule Details
The table displays projected attendance per day, based on the information you’ve entered for each child:
- If both birthdate and schedule are entered, children will appear under the correct age group and on the days they are scheduled to attend.
- If a schedule is missing, the child will be listed under “Schedule N/A.”
- If a birthdate is missing, they will appear under “Date of Birth Unknown.”
💡 Tip: For the most accurate projections, make sure every enrolled child has a birthdate and weekly schedule recorded in your system
🔍 Viewing Future Projections
To view projections for any future week:
- Click the calendar icon in the top right corner of the table.
- Select a date from the calendar.
- The table will automatically update to show the enrollment projection for the week that includes your selected date.
This feature is especially helpful for planning vacations, staff schedules, or ensuring you’re staying within capacity limits as enrollment fluctuates.
