Viewing Family and Contacts Page

This page (Under School Management > Family and Contacts) allows admins (org admin and location admin) to have a holistic view of their families and contacts in one page. 

The page is organized by students and their rooms so admins can easily see who they are looking for. 

This page contains all the information for student contacts such as: 

• Email 
• Phone number
• Whether they are allowed to pick up the child
• Who is the primary payer (aka responsible for billing)
• Whether the primary payer is on automatic payment 
• Whether the parent has opened the Wonderschool mobile app 
• And their Wonderschool invitation status 

This page also allows administrators to send and resend Wonderschool invitation email and view the last time an invitation was sent to parents. 

The administrators have the option to search for a contact by searching a student name or the contact name.
