"Request a Tour" Feature Guide for Providers

We're thrilled to introduce a new feature to our Wonderschool platform: the "Request a Tour" button! This tool is designed to make it easier for parents to connect with you and schedule tours, even if you don't have fixed tour times listed. Here's a simple guide on how this feature can benefit you and how to use it.

What is the "Request a Tour" Button?

This is a new button on your Wonderschool listing page. It allows parents who are interested in your childcare services to request a tour at a time that works for both of you. This means more opportunities for you to showcase your wonderful program to potential families!

How Does It Work?

Receiving Tour Requests: When a parent clicks the "Request a Tour" button, they'll fill out a form with their preferred tour dates and times. You'll receive these requests via email and in-app notifications.

Responding to Requests: You can review these requests and either confirm the tour time or suggest a different time that suits you better. To navigate to tour requests in your parent dashboard: Select School Website > Tour Requests 

Scheduling Tours: Once you confirm a tour time, it automatically gets added to your schedule. Both you and the parent will get confirmation, so everything is clear and organized.

Why Is This Important?

• Flexibility: This feature is especially helpful if you find it hard to set regular tour times due to your busy schedule.
• More Visibility: By making it easier for parents to request tours, your program gets more exposure to potential families.
• Easy Management: With automated confirmations and reminders, managing tour schedules becomes much simpler.

Toggle Feature: You have the option to turn this feature on or off, depending on your availability and preferences.

Managing Requests: You can easily manage and respond to tour requests directly from your dashboard.
