Registering a Shared Device with Wonderschool 2.0
If you are planning to use a shared device for checking in students and using the Wonderschool 2.0 app, such as an iPad, a tablet, etc., you will need to register that device with the app.
To do this, you can follow the below instructions:
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- In your Dashboard, click on "Shared Devices" under "School Settings" on the left side menu.
- Click on "Add a new device".
- In the side window, enter in a name for the device, select the kind of device (iOS or android), and add the device serial number.

- After you've entered the serial number, click "Save".
- Once your device is saved, you'll see it appear on the Shared Devices page. When you select the device box, you'll see there is now a user name and password associated with it.
- On the device itself, download the Wonderschool 2.0 app. When you open it to login, use the username and password for the device that is listed in the dashboard (see image above!) to log in to register your shared device with your program. You should see the below screen when you have logged in successfully. The PIN code assigned to staff members will allow them to sign into the shared device to log activities and sign in students.
