How to Add a Payment Method (Wonderschool 2.0)
To use Wonderschool's online billing, you can add a payment method through the Wonderschool 2.0 app. If you have not yet been invited to join your program on Wonderschool 2.0, please speak with your provider about being invited and creating a Wonderschool account.
Once you've been invited to the program through Wonderschool, you can create a password and then download the app. (View this article for help on downloading the app!)
To add a payment method:
- Log into the Wonderschool 2.0 app with your email and password.
- Tap the three white lines in the top left corner to view the app side menu.
- Select "Payment" to see the below screen:
- Select "Link bank account" or "Link credit or debit card" to add your desired payment method. If you link your bank account, there will be no processing fees. If you link a card, there will be a 2.85% processing fee on any payment you make through Wonderschool to your provider.
- If you choose to add a bank account, you will enter your information securely through Plaid, our secure payment system. The screen below will take you through the steps towards verifying your bank account for Wonderschool payments.
