How to Add a Payment Method (Wonderschool 2.0)

To use Wonderschool's online billing, you can add a payment method through the Wonderschool 2.0 app. If you have not yet been invited to join your program on Wonderschool 2.0, please speak with your provider about being invited and creating a Wonderschool account.

Once you've been invited to the program through Wonderschool, you can create a password and then download the app. (View this article for help on downloading the app!)

• Log into the Wonderschool 2.0 app with your email and password.
• Tap your profile photo in the top left corner to view the app side menu.
• Select "Payment" to see the below screen:

• Select "Bank account" or "Credit/Debit Card" to add your desired payment method. If you link your bank account, there will be no processing fees. If you link a card, there will be a 2.85% processing fee for any invoice paid.

Credit Card

Enter your card information directly into the app to save a credit, debit, HSA, or FSA card. 

Bank Account

If you add a bank account, you will either be able to add your bank account directly in the app, or you may need to verify you bank account using micro deposits (this is common for banks that might be smaller or more local). 

Connecting your bank account directly (no micro deposits needed):

1. Select "Bank Account".
2. Select "Agree and continue".
3. Select your bank. If you do not see your bank, go back and click "Manually verify" and skip to the next section!
4. Use your bank account login information to sign into your bank's online account. 
5. Select the specific account you want to use for payments and click "save" or "authorize".
6. Your bank account will now be synced to payments you make to your provider.

Connecting your bank account with micro deposits:

1. Select "Bank Account".
2. Select "Agree and continue".
3. Select "Manually. verify instead".
4. Add your routing and account numbers.
5. You will see that the micro deposits have been initiated. You will receive a small deposit ($0.99 or less) in your bank account in the next 1-2 days.
6. When you see the deposits appear, you will also receive an email from Stripe with instructions on how to finish verifying your bank account for payments.
7. Revisit the app and click "Verify now" when you receive the micro deposit.
8. Enter in the 6-digit code as the description in the bank statement for the micro deposit.
9. Tap "Verify". This will verify your bank account and update the app to show your bank account has been confirmed! You are now ready for online payments with your provider.
