Using Check In/Check Out in Wonderschool 2.0 for Parents

One of the features parents are able to use in Wonderschool 2.0 is digital attendance to drop off and pick up their child. This is a contactless way to check in children and keep safe distance with other families and program staff. To use the check in/check out feature in the Wonderschool 2.0 app, you can take the following steps:

Dropping Off Your Child

1. Log into the Wonderschool 2.0 app. 
   • If you have not yet downloaded the app, you can learn how to do so here.
2. Click on your student's profile.
3. Click on "QR code check in".
4. Scan your program's QR code. 
5. If your program requires a health check questionnaire, complete this step.
6. Sign your name.
7. Select "Check-in". 
8. You're all set! You can view your child's activity logs in the app as your provider updates you throughout the day.

Picking Up Your Child

1. Click on your student's profile.
2. Click on "QR code check out".
3. Scan your program's QR code. 
4. Sign your name.
5. Select "Check-out". 
6. You're all set! Your child has been signed out of the program for the day.
