How to Reset Your Password in Wonderschool 2.0

If you are having trouble logging into your Wonderschool 2.0, follow these steps to reset your password:

1. First, log out of your Wonderschool 2.0 account fully using this link: http://accounts.wonderschool.com/signout
2. Go back to www.wonderschool.com and click "Log In".
3. Then, click Forgot your password? 
4. In the new window, enter your email address and click Reset request to be sent a link to reset your password.
5. When you receive the email, click the link to open up the password reset page.
6. Save your new password by clicking Set my password.
7. Click Sign In to use the new password to login.
8. If you are a teacher or staff member, you will see your program's dashboard. 
   • If you are a parent, you can use your new password to log into the app on your phone. You will not have access to your child care center's program dashboard, so you will see an error message. But the password you just created will work to log into the app.
