Guidance on Your Wonderschool Dashboard

Welcome to Wonderschool! We are excited to show you around your Wonderschool account and give you a walkthrough of your Wonderschool dashboard.

Home:

In this section, you can:

• Update your program’s availability
• Mark off the tasks our team suggests you complete:
  • Setting tours, marketing your program, strengthening your website, etc.
  • Once you mark them as complete, they will be removed from your homepage!

Enrollments:

In this section, you can:

• Set your enrollment goals
• Add students (invite new families or add existing students)
• See your roster of students once added to the Wonderschool platform
• Click into enrolled students’ profiles to see detailed information:
  • Child info (birthday, gender, current schedule)
  • Parent info (names, emails, phone numbers)
  • Signed parent handbook and enrollment documents (if applicable)
  • Tuition amount paid by the family
  • Records for all online payments made through Wonderschool’s billing system

Interested:

In this section, you can:

• See a list of all families who have expressed interest in your program:
  • Families who are enrolled
  • Families who have toured your program
  • Families who have sent you a message through your website
  • Families who you have put on your waitlist
• Market your program:
  • Find local online parent groups where you can share your website 
  • You can also add any parent groups you know of!
• Set and manage your tours (if you are offering them at this time)
  • These tour times will be listed on your website
• Create events to attract more families to your program
  • Open houses, group tours, parties, etc.!

Payments:

In this section, you can:

• See any upcoming payments that are scheduled
  • Click into specific payments to see more details of the invoice
• See any completed payments that have been deposited into your bank account
• Track expenses for your program (reports are printable!)
• If you are paying for Wonderschool, you can update your payment method in the Payment Settings section
  • If you are not paying for Wonderschool, you do not need to enter anything here!
• Enter in the bank account where you would like tuition payments to be sent in the Deposit Account Settings section
• Edit your tuition settings that are displayed on your Wonderschool website
  • Note that these are just for your website! You can adjust them per family when you invite them to join the platform.

Analytics:

In this section, you can:

• Track your page views from month to month
• See how many new families are interested at your program
• See any school ratings and tour feedback from families
• Download reports for attendance (using check in/out feature on the app) and expenses

• Edit all sections of your website
• Check out these articles for assistance with managing your website!

Wonderschool University:

In this section, you can:

• View pre-recorded ECE training
• Utilize our Wonderschool Knowledge Center
  • How-to articles, videos, and more!
• Access our Curriculum Corner for ideas of activities
• Connect with other providers via our Wonderschool Slack channel
