New Mexico Providers: Digital Enrollment Documents
For providers in New Mexico, we have added state child care documents to the Wonderschool platform so your new families can complete their enrollment documents online! These documents are approved by Elevate New Mexico Child Care and ECECD.
By completing these documents through the Wonderschool platform, providers will have a digital copy they can download and print if needed for each new student. These documents will be stored in the child's profile in the Enrollments tab.
Parent View: Below is a preview of what the enrollment process looks like for parents who are completing these documents online. They will do the following:
- Open the invitation and confirm any payments.
- Confirm their personal contact information.
- Add in their own child's information (allergies, medical info, etc.) and immunization record.
- Add any other parents, legal guardians, emergency contacts, and other authorized pick ups.
- Add any hospital or medical contacts.
- Complete and sign the enrollment documents.
