Tracking upcoming and completed payments
You can see both your Upcoming Payments and Completed Payments on the Payments page in your Wonderschool Dashboard. The information is organized in the same way for both types of payments.
- From left to right you can see:
- The date the family was or will be charged.
- For an upcoming payment, you will see an estimated transaction initiation date. If the payment is completed, you will see the date on which the family was charged.
- Remember that estimated dates represent when the transaction initiated, so the funds will not deposit into your bank account for another 2-8 days depending on method of payment, day of the week, and any possible payment problems.
- The title of the payment, including the student's name and any special details like prorated tuition or drop-in hours.
- The amount, in green, that will be or has been deposited into your account.
- Each individual payment will be seen as a separate deposit into your bank account once the payment is processed through Wonderschool.
- The date the family was or will be charged.
- Click on individual payments to see the invoice details.
- Click here to learn more about your invoices.
