Providing Your Child's Enrollment Documents
In order to properly care for your child, and for their own license compliance, program directors need to keep certain information about your child on file. After you have have accepted an enrollment invitation, you should:
Accept the parent handbook
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click My Programs in the top right corner.
- Click the blue Parent Handbook link under the program your child attends.
- Read the parent handbook.
- Click the box to agree to the terms and conditions presented in the handbook.
- Click Submit.
Provide and update enrollment information
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click My Programs in the top right corner.
- Click the blue Enrollment Info link under the program.
- If this is your first time using Wonderschool, our enrollment assistant will help you provide the information below. Simply click through the prompts and fill in the fields as requested!
- If your child is already enrolled with a Wonderschool, please follow the prompts below to update your information
- Under My Info, verify that your information is correct.
- Click Edit on the right to make changes.
- You can edit the information for your Children, Legal Guardians, Emergency Contacts, Doctors, and People Authorized for Pickup by clicking the Edit buttons on the right. You may also add additional contacts by clicking Add.
- Scroll to the bottom, and click Save.
Provide and upload immunization records
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click My Programs in the top right corner.
- Click the blue Enrollment Info link under the program.
- If this is your first time using Wonderschool, our enrollment assistant will help you provide the information below. Simply click through the prompts and fill in the fields as requested!
- If your child is already enrolled with a Wonderschool, please follow the prompts below to update your information
- Scroll to Children
- Click EDIT on the right side of the screen.
- Scroll down to Immunization Records.
- Click Upload.
- You can only upload one document. If you have more than one record you want to upload, they will need to be combined into one PDF. Click here for help combining PDFs.
- Verify all other information about your child on the page is correct.
- Scroll down to the bottom, and click Save.
