Combining PDFs to Upload Your Child's Immunization Records

You may need to combine several PDFs into one when uploading your child's immunization records. The instructions below will help you do that.

Combining PDFs in OS X (Apple)

1. Use Preview to open the first PDF.
2. Under View, select Thumbnails.
3. Click on the last thumbnail image.
4. Click Edit > Insert > Page from File.
   • Click on the PDF you want to add.
   • Click Open.
   • The second PDF should now appear in pages after the original document.
   • You can follow the above steps again to insert additional documents.
5. To save, click File > Export as PDF.

Combining PDFs in Windows

To combine PDFs in Windows, you can use Adobe Acrobat or an online document merging tool.

Adobe Acrobat:

1. Open Acrobat.
2. Click Tools.
3. Click Combine Files.
4. Click Add Files.
   • Select the files you want to combine.
5. Click the blue Combine button in the upper right.
6. Click the save icon.
7. Select the save location.
8. Click Save.
