Viewing Payment Information by Student or Date
If you have families paying for care through the Wonderschool platform, you will be able to track their invoices and payments through your program dashboard. To view invoices, you can follow the below steps:
View Payment Information by Student
- Log into your Wonderschool account.
- Click Program Dashboard.
- On the Enrollments page, scroll down to Students.
- Click on the student's name you'd like to review.
- Scroll down to Payments.
- Here you can see a list of upcoming and past payments for the family, ordered from newest to oldest.
- If a payment is bolded, it has already been charged.
- If a payment is grayed out, it is scheduled to be charged.
- Click on a payment to see details about that payment.
- In the top right corner:
- UPCOMING indicates that the payment has not been charged.
- CHARGED indicates that the payment is processing.
- DEPOSITED indicates that the payment has been sent to your bank.
- Click on VIEW FAMILY INVOICE to see the receipt sent to the family.
- Parents will be able to view all their payments to you through their Wonderschool profile.
- You can direct parents to www.wonderschool.com/invoices to view them.
- In the top right corner:
View Payment Information Overall
You can see an overview of all upcoming and past payments, and their corresponding dates. To read more about program payments overall, check out this article on reviewing the Payments page.
