Viewing Student Attendance Logs and Signatures

You can use the Wonderschool app to manage student attendance by using the touch-free check in/out feature. The feature collects signatures and timestamps for each child, which are reflected in the attendance log in the Wonderschool app. 

Attendance Log

Directors or parents can verify student attendance for their children as well as the signee and when a child was checked in or out.

From the bottom menu bar, you can select Check in and then Attendance Log or select More and select Attendance Log. Both options lead to the same records.

You will now see the full attendance log for your school. Directors will be able to see all children in their school, while parents will only be able to see their own children.

Filtering by Student

From the attendance log, you can filter the log by specific students by taking the following steps:

1. Open the Attendance Log from the Check in screen or More menu.
2. Tap Filter button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select which student you would like to view attendance for.

You will now see the log for a specific student's attendance. Select All to return to all logs.

Verifying Signatures

If you need to verify a signature, they are all available from the attendance log.

1. Open the Attendance Log from the Check in screen or More menu.
2. Tap the specific record you would like to view.

You will now see the signatures for that attendance record.
