How to Change a Child's Schedule, Start Date, or Tuition

If you need to make an adjustment to a child's schedule, start date, or tuition, you can take the following steps to make those changes:

1. Log into your Wonderschool Program Dashboard.
2. In your Program Dashboard, select Enrollments.
3. Scroll down and click on the child's profile.
4. In their profile, on the righthand side, select Edit next to their Current Schedule.
5. In the pop up window, click Start Date to adjust the child's new start date.
6. If you need to change their daily schedule, check off the days and adjust the times they are attending your program.
7. If you need to update their tuition, enter in the new rate to be charged to the family.
8. Click Save, and the changes will appear in the child's profile.
