How to See Requested Tours in Wonderschool 2.0
- In your dashboard, you can also manage requested tours from families who are interested in your program.
- Under the "School Website" section, click on "Tours request" to navigate to requested tours from interested families
- You'll be taken to the marketplace section of your dashboard, where you can manage the requested tours.
- Once you are in the Tour requests you are able to review the request and message the parent if you need to change the time or if the time requested for the tour is fine you can accept the request.
- If you message the parent, you’ll be taken to the message section of Marketplace on your dashboard. There, you can message the parent and ask them to change the time or if you need to communicate anything further for the tour.
- Once you click on “Accept this time” the tour will be added to your tour calendar.
