Transferring Failed: What does this status mean?
Wonderschool uses Stripe as a payment processor to deposit payments to providers. It is rare, but sometimes there is an issue with paying out a provider for payments.
We recently updated our platform to better share details as to why a payout might not have been able to be transferred. Please see below for a guide on what issues might be causing a "Transferring Failed" status, as well as the next steps needed for providers to fix these issues.
