Tips on How to Personalize Your Website
When joining Wonderschool, you are given a website to fully customize and promote your program in the best light! We are excited to give your program the attention it deserves and want to make sure you stand out to parents who are searching for care. Read more below for some tips and tricks to make your program's Wonderschool website shine.
- Fill out your Basics section
- Add in a program tagline
- Add in a profile photo
- Add in at least one addition section to the Main Content of your website
Head to www.wonderschool.com and log in using your email and password. Click Program Dashboard to enter your dashboard and select My Website to get started!
Ensure you have filled out all "Basic" information
The Basics section helps give parents a quick snapshot of your program details (hours you're open, meals you provide, ratio of caregivers to children, etc.). This is the first section on your website that parents will see, so make sure you have all the details filled out!
Add a Program Tagline
Underneath your program name on your website, you can include a program slogan or eye-catching description of your program for parents to see right when they click on your website link. This is a great way to give parents a first impression!
You can say something like, "A play-based program in Hampton Roads - now enrolling!", or "Currently full, but feel free to join our waitlist!" This will also help you attract the right parents you are looking for (or build your waitlist!).

Add in a Profile Photo
Parents want to know the leader of the program! If there is no profile photo, it's hard for the parent to visualize their child being cared for by you or your staff. Think about a photo of you that would present your best self - working with kids, a program logo, or even a professional headshot if you have one (selfies are OK, but make sure they are appropriate for parents!).

Add at least one more section!
To put your best foot forward with parents who are searching online for care and find your website, wouldn't you want them to hear about all the incredible things you do?! Let's share some of your program's highlights! Add some photos of your program space, tell them about your program, share information about your experience working with children and why they should choose your program over another. By giving them more insight into who you are as a professional caregiver, you increase your chances of them booking a tour or contacting you for more information.

We want to see you get as many interested families as possible - even if you are full! It never hurts to build your waitlist and have a constant stream of interested families. It means you're building a strong, positive reputation in your community and people are dying to get into your program!
