How to Access and Download Enrollment Documents

To access and download the enrollment documents of your students, follow these steps.

1. Log into your Wonderschool account.
2. Once you are logged in, click Program Dashboard.
3. Click the Enrollments tab, and scroll down to Students.
4. Click on the name of the student you'd like to review. You may also search the student’s name in the search bar on the right side.
5. On the Enrollment Detail of the student’s profile, you may access the following by clicking the corresponding link.
1. Immunization Record - if the family has added a photo or scan of the document
2. Enrollment Documents - if the family has completed documents digitally
3. Handbook Document - if the parent has signed your program handbook
6. Once the document has opened and loaded, click the Download document button to save a copy.
