How does Wonderschool 1.0 keep my information secure?

Wonderschool websites use the latest and most secure encryption to ensure all communications over the Internet are protected. You can see that this encryption is taking place when you see the lock in the address bar and/or see HTTPS in front of the websites address. In addition to Wonderschool website security, we also only use systems that are at the highest levels of security themselves, especially when it comes to financial transactions. 

Wonderschool uses Stripe, a payment processor, for it's payment collections from parents and payouts to child care directors. A PCI-certified auditor has audited Stripe. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Plaid is also used with Wonderschool to securely use bank accounts and ACH payments. Plaid helps financial institutions to build their own privacy portals. Banks nationwide have partnered with Plaid to offer this level of privacy when using bank accounts with other merchants. Parents or providers will see Plaid used when parents connect their bank accounts to pay tuition and for providers when they are adding their desired bank account for deposits.
