What do the Statuses on My Interested Page Mean?

The Interested page is an important part of your dashboard. The Wonderschool platform automatically tracks the family as they progress through touring, applying, and enrolling in your program! 

Below is a quick explanation of what all the statuses mean.

If you ever find a status that doesn't make sense or doesn't match the description below based on the family's actions, please email us at [e-mail] – we are continually improving this feature!

Contacted You	This parent contacted you through your Wonderschool website. Get in touch with them using the Wonderschool app  to schedule a tour!
Upcoming Tour	This parent has an upcoming tour. You can cancel this tour, but make sure to get in touch with the family to reschedule!
Event RSVP	This parent RSVPed for your event. Make sure to follow up with them after the event!
Tour Attendance Pending	This parent likely took a tour! We use this status when an upcoming tour time has passed. If the parent was a no-show, mark them as missed. If the family toured and you want them to enroll, send an enrollment invitation. If you liked them but don't have an opening available, send them to your waitlist. If the family was not a good fit for your program and you don't want to consider them for future enrollment, archive them.
Applied to Enroll	This parent submitted an application to enroll in your program! If they have toured and you think they're a good fit, send an enrollment application or send them to your waitlist. If they toured but are not a good fit, dismiss the application and then archive them. If they haven't toured yet, dismiss the application and then get in touch to schedule a tour!
Invited	You've sent an enrollment invitation to this parent! Make sure to check in personally if the invitation is expiring soon and they haven't accepted or replied.
Invitation Expired	You sent an enrollment invitation but it expired before the family accepted it. We recommend getting in touch with the family to see if they need more time to decide or if they have any questions. You can then resend the invitation.
Enrolled	This family is currently enrolled in your program – hooray!
Waitlisted	This family is on your waitlist. We recommend that you put families on your waitlist who could be a good fit for your program, but you don't have an opening available for them at the moment. You can easily look back at this list when a spot opens up!
Archived	This family has been archived. We recommend archiving families who you are not interested in speaking with in the future. This will also remove the family from any emails sent from your program. If a parent requests to be removed from your mailing list, you can archive them.
Unenrolled	This family was enrolled in your program in the past.
